As this issue might be caused by an impact during shipment of this product, this noise should not happen again once the gear is properly repositioned. Lift the blue levers as indicated on Figure 7 and pull the imaging unit toward you. Re-attach the right-side cover. Press down on the blue release button, grasp the green handles on the sides, and then pull the imaging unit out. Click the play button to hear the sample cartridge noise.
